Cotabato City -- The chapter of Beta Nu Delta Nursing Society was finally installed at Dr. Pedro Ocampo Colleges. The Society is the only Greek-letter nursing organization in the Philippines. It promotes scholarship and leadership in nursing. BNDees Kim Salamanca and FJ Babate led the ceremonial activities.
The August 16 Ceremony begins at 11 a.m. in the audio-visual room of the College. The program highlighted the keynote speech of Prof. Rahiema Yap, RN MAN who spoke on the "Essence of Health Care and Health Care Professionals". Ms. Yap is an academic coordinator of the College.

The ceremony also included a presentation of the Silver Nightingales Award to Prof. Socorro Aquino, RN MAED MAN, the College's dean in recognition to her lifelong commitment to nursing practice. A reception followed at the dean's office.
With the chartering, the chapter which is officially called the Epsilon chapter will continue to promote academic achievement and serves DPOCI and Cotabato city.
