Jurado to be inducted as Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing

An honorary member of the Beta Nu Delta Nursing Society will be inducted as fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. He will join 163 other highly distinguished nurse leaders as its 2016 class of Academy fellows who will be honored at a ceremony to be held during the Academy's annual policy conference, Transforming Health, Driving Policy, which will take place October 20-22, 2016 in Washington, D.C

Leo-Felix Jurado, PhD, RN, APN, NE-BC, CNE is a faculty member of the William Paterson University and distinguished past president of the Philippine Nurses Association of America.

The Academy is currently comprised of more than 2,400 nurse leaders in education, management, practice, policy, and research. Academy fellows include hospital and government administrators, college deans, and renowned scientific researchers.
