With the generous support of the Aquino Memorial Project, Beta Nu Delta Nursing Society is able to award conference scholarships to bring the future leaders of the nursing profession to the 4th Technological Competency as Caring in Nursing and Health Sciences which took place virtually from 10 to 11 December 2022.
The Aquino Memorial Project (Scholarships Component) has provided opportunities for nursing students to expand their professional horizons, update their skills and knowledge, and learn more about current issues and developments in 'technological competency as caring in nursing' by participating in this event. This project is in memory of the parents of Julius Aquino, a founding member of the Beta Nu Delta Nursing Society. According to him, "My parents firmly believed in the value of higher education. This project in their honor is to help nursing students achieve the goal of higher education.”

The TCCN event is a collaboration between the Japan-based Technological Competency as Caring in Nursing Institute and several universities and nursing organizations.
